As founder of Network Scientific, Zara is a Biomedical Scientist with extensive experience in Commercial and Recruitment roles. A respected leader in her field, she has a wealth of recruitment experience, with successes ranging from bench Scientists at all levels to executive search of senior appointments in the industry. Building on a foundation of ethics and integrity, she has built the company with the primary aim of assisting with the growth of businesses operating within the scientific and technical industries.
Her technical experience spans both public and private sector roles, beginning her career as a Biochemist for the NHS, progressing to Scientist for a large, multinational CRO, before making the switch to Recruitment and Technical Sales in the pharmaceutical industry.
At Network Scientific, Zara is passionate about maintaining a delivery role and spends the majority of her days servicing clients in a range of industries.
When not working, Zara is a devoted mum and can be found travelling and spending time with her family, including her two dogs. She loves geeky debates, music, eating out and anything sci-fi.
