If you have experience of hospital/surgical-based medical devices sales, this may be for you. I am recruiting for a well-established medical devices organisation who have expanded their portfolio into spinal surgery. The time is now to add value to their team and continue the growth with them as a Business Development Manager.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for regional sales results and Business development for the product portfolio.
- Identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with key physicians.
- Weekly activity reporting to the Business Manager.
- Collaborating with the UK National Sales Manager and Area Managers as needed for sales-related activities, and achievement of specific goals.
- Responsible for competitive analysis within the territory
- Participate in national and regional conventions.
- Requires travel (local and overnight stays) to customers, conventions, major meetings, key physicians or for additional training
- Monthly activity reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bsc / Msc or related experience
- Experience with spinal, orthopaedic and/or endoscopic surgery products preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in surgical/device/capital sales.
- Independent, can-do attitude
- Must be able to drive with a clean license
